Each piece created by Gem Siren is handmade in small quantities or one of a kind. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are generally considered final.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been shipped.

Damaged shipments.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item.

Shipping damage claims may require time for review and investigation with the shipping carrier before a refund, repair, replacement, or store credit can be approved.

Gem Siren is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Repairs and care.

Jewelry is delicate by nature and should be handled with care. Over time, natural wear may occur, especially with handmade, carved, or natural stone pieces.

If your piece becomes damaged during wear, loses a stone, requires cleaning, polishing, or repair, please contact us. We may be able to offer repair services depending on the nature of the damage and the availability of materials.

Repair costs, shipping costs, and repair availability may vary depending on the condition of the item.
